MovementX Company Overview
Application & Hiring Process
If youāre intrigued and think MovementX may be a perfect fit for you, we encourage you to either request an invitation or schedule a discovery call to learn more.
From there, weāll guide you through 2 rounds of interviews so we can get to know each other better. At this point, the goal of our hiring process is to ensure that if you decide to join MovementX, youāll be 100% confident that you can achieve your goals and design the PT career of your dreams. Youāll also have the chance to connect with a current MovementX provider to ask more questions.
If the stars align and you accept your official job offer, then the fun begins! Most new MovementX PTs start within a few weeks, but some people choose to start full-time looking a few months ahead.
MovementX seeks job applicants who share our 4 core values.
We also look for providers who have consistent referral sources, strong accountability, and exceptional communication skills. Out-of-network experience is not necessary, but you must be able to confidently speak to the value of your services and answer common questions around price or insurance.
