The Community Lead is the point person for all things related to one particular location, as they’re responsible for the growth of individual providers as well as the community at large. They represent MovementX’s core values and live its mission every day. Their responsibilities are held in two domains:
Provider Empowerment. One of our core beliefs at MovementX is that ‘empowered providers empower their patients.’ The Community Lead is responsible for ensuring that each provider within a particular location is fully empowered with the tools, resources, and strategy needed to reach their unique goals. By leading location based meetings and one on one provider game planning, the Community Lead also helps align all efforts for success.
Strategic Expansion. The Community Lead is responsible for building and growing the location. They coordinate and align necessary resources to create cohesiveness amongst the team and all stakeholders, establish new partnerships and engage with referral sources, and facilitate the addition of new providers who add to the culture and expertise of the location.
