What is Customer Success?

We are looking for an intern who can help empower our customers to have an 11-star experience with us.

- Must be able to dedicate 3-5 hours/week
- No customer success experience necessary! No previous experience with insurance and billing, we will provide all the training.
- Must have a growth mindset, deeply care about improving the patient experience, prompt communication, and great customer service abilities!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the MovementX Team in crafting an 11 Star Patient Experience by:
- Providing prompt and positive communication with patients via company support lines and email
- Empowering and supporting patients in the management of their out of network benefits, authorizations, and claims
- Management of provider compliance requirements
- Discovering and seeking feedback about how we can further improve the patient experience with MovementX.
