Customer Success Rep

Job Roles:

  • Lead Conversion responsible for fostering new patient referrals, lead conversion, and patient intake.
    • Skillsets: Must have a strong comfort with phone calls and be able to speak to the value of physical therapy.
  • Administrative Assistance responsible for all medical record requests, patient chart management, and delegating incoming requests via fax and email.
    • Skillsets: Strong organizational, delegation, and communication skills
  • Customer Support manages and delegates all customer support inquiries including questions about intake, payment, and technical support.
    • Skillsets: Must be technically savvy, have a positive attitude, and have strong problem solving skills.
  • Care Coordination fosters relationships with referral sources and manages coordination of patient care as needed
    • Skillsets: Responsive communication, good emotional intelligence, strong relationship development skills.
  • Facilitates executive team and staff in various daily administrative roles

Preferred, but not required:

  1. At least 1 year experience in a office administrative or executive assistant role
  2. Experience in a healthcare or parallel industry
