Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Valid physical therapy license in Oregon.
- Currently living in/near Portland, OR.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance or reliable transportation for mobile care.
- Confident ability to communicate the value you provide to all patients.
- A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
- Willingness and availability to work full-time with MovementX (~20 patients/week).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we encourage candidates with the following experience and skills to apply:
- At least 5 years of professional patient care experience.
- Familiarity or experience working in a cash-pay or out-of-network practice model.
- Strong personal and professional connections in the Portland area.
- A few niche patient populations that you are uniquely passionate about treating (runners, moms, seniors, lifting athletes, etc).
- Several active referral sources who consistently send you new patients.
- Some leadership role in any previous work experience.
