I have always been motivated to improve the human experience; in the first part of my career through design of the built environment and, now, through movement and health. When changing my career to the health and wellness industry, physical therapy appealed to me because of the unique approach to healing through movement and non-pharmaceutical interventions. I am a Pacific Northwest native and enjoy exploring both built and natural environments at home and abroad.
