I have always been motivated to improve the human experience; in the first part of my career through design of the built environment and, now, through movement and health. When changing my career to the health and wellness industry, physical therapy appealed to me because of the unique approach to healing through movement and non-pharmaceutical interventions. Whether you are recovering from injury or trying to prevent one, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals and restore your best movement.

Fun Facts

I am a Pacific Northwest native and enjoy exploring both built and natural environments at home and abroad. I grew up with my nose in a book, sketching, hiking & camping, attending Oregon Duck football games and golfing with my family - I still love all of these things! I am secretly superstitious and can't resist knocking on wood. I appreciate beautiful and simple design inspired by natural materials. Coffee. Is. The. Best.

Megan has been a delight to work with. In just a few sessions, my sprained ankle is pain-free and my mobility restored. Plus, her energy and presence are a gift - I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and will definitely reach out again as any needs arise.

Megan has a wonderful, calm demeanor and helped me understand how to solve my own back issues while also treating me during our session. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Megan has helped me recover from two injuries--a sprained foot and a pulled knee. She is a highly skilled physical therapist who quickly evaluates mobility issues followed by a simple exercise plan for recovery. I can highly recommend her.
